Times are calculated from dispatch. We do not ship to PO boxes; a valid phone number is required for delivery.
Everything you need to know
Order processing
Orders placed by 12:00 on a working day are processed the same day; after 12:00 they are processed the next working day. Shipments leave Monday to Friday; weekend orders are handled on the next working day. During sales and promotions times may vary slightly.
Shipment tracking
When your parcel ships you receive the tracking code by email to follow the delivery in real time. Tracking is also always available in your "My Account" area.
Delivery and parcel check
On delivery, always check the parcel is intact before signing. In case of anomalies sign with reserve or refuse the delivery, and report it immediately to
assistenza@pkbypaskal.it.
Shipping insurance
All shipments are insured against theft and damage. The insurance is only valid if you sign with reserve in case of problems. For cross-border shipments goods travel at the customer's risk. Any return costs for refused or failed deliveries will be deducted from the refund.
Changing or cancelling an order
Orders already confirmed and processed cannot be changed or cancelled. Separate orders are shipped separately.
In-store pickup
You can choose in-store pickup directly at checkout: your order is ready from the next day (from 5:30 pm) at Via Alessandro Scarlatti 158, Naples. If you prefer pickup at another store (Via Luca Giordano 76 or Via Dei Mille 83), indicate it in the order notes in the cart. Bring your order confirmation and an ID document; pickup by proxy is allowed with an ID. Not available for PayPal payments.
Tax documentation
Every order includes a receipt or invoice detailing prices and applied discounts. All amounts are in euros.
