Online returns: how it works

1 Request the return

Log in to your customer account and open the return request directly from your order, within 14 days of delivery. No account? Use the withdrawal form.

2 Receive the label

Once the request is approved, you receive the return authorisation and the shipping label by email.

3 Hand over the parcel

You have 3 days from receiving the label to drop the parcel off at the courier's drop-off point.

4 Get your refund

Once the return is received and checked, we send you a confirmation email: the refund arrives within 14 days on the same payment method.

Returns in store

In-store returns also require opening a return request first, from your account (or via the withdrawal form), and waiting for the authorisation. Once authorised, bring the item to Via Alessandro Scarlatti 158, Naples: in-store returns are always free. Returns presented without authorisation will be refused.

The right of withdrawal remains valid up to the 14th day from delivery: only the return shipping cost changes, deducted from the refund. In-boutique returns are always free, subject to an authorised return request.

Conditions and details

Conditions for accepting the return
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with the security seal intact and all labels (internal and external) in place. Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.
Original box for shoes and accessories
Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product: it must not be damaged or used as outer packaging. A charge may be applied if the box is damaged.
Inspection and refund
Once the return is received, the product is inspected and you receive a confirmation email. The refund is issued within 14 days on the same payment method used: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Faulty goods or shipping errors
For faulty items or shipping errors, follow the standard return procedure: in these cases there is no cost for you. Paskal reserves the right to request photographic evidence. Write to us at assistenza@pkbypaskal.it.
Returns not accepted
Returns will not be accepted if the security seal is removed or tampered with, if items are used or damaged, if labels are missing, if the return was not authorised or if the shipment was made independently without instructions. In these cases the return may be refused or a reduction applied to the refund.
Non-returnable items and legal notes
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks and shoe-care products. These conditions are governed by Italian law: the Consumer Code and European distance-selling regulations apply.
